Department of Consular Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thailand launched the website for foreigners to register for the COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination registration is for foreign residents in Thailand. Those foreigners must have never received COVID-19 vaccination before.
Please note that past vaccination record is stored in the medical database. If medical record show previous COVID-19 vaccinations, you will be denied inoculation on-site.

- Foreign residents with non immigrant visas, permanent resident card, Thailand elite card, work permit and dependent
- Diplomats/ International Organizations
- Never received COVID-19 vaccination before
Registration Steps
- Go to the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration website: https://expatvac.consular.go.th
- At the bottom of the page, select category “Foreign Residents”
- Enter your email address
- Receive the email from [email protected] in the email inbox
- Please prepare the following documents for the pre-registration:
- Passport or official identification document (pdf/jpeg)
- Official medical certificate confirming the diagnosis of the underlying medical condition(s) (pdf/jpeg)
- Click on the link in the email to begin your registration
- On the Consular website, please provide your information

- Are you diagnosed with one of the seven underlying medical conditions? (If yes, please attach photo of medical certificate)

- Check the box “I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I consent to provide the above information for the purpose of the COVID-19 vaccination process.”
- Click on “Register”
- Emails acknowledging your registration and advising the assigned date and site of your vaccination will be sent to you after completing your registration process.
Please note that providing false information will result in the rejection of your registration and suspension of your future vaccination registrations.
Special Priority for Foreign Residents
Please note that priority is given to foreign residents aged 60 years and above and to those with pregnancy (at least 12 weeks) and those who have one of the 7 underlying medical conditions below:
- Chronic respiratory diseases
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Chronic kidney diseases
- Cerebrovascular diseases
- All types of cancer during chemotherapy, radiotherapy and autoimmune therapy
- Diabetes
- Obesity (weighing more than 100 kilograms or BMI more than 35 kilograms per square meter)
2. Migrant Workers with social security Number
Migrant workers Information will soon be provided by the Ministry of Labour. In the meantime, you can contact the Social Security Office at 1506 Ext. 7 or visit the website https://www.sso.go.th/eform_news or contact your employer.
