21 October 2021 – The Operation Centre for Measures on the Entry into and Departure from the Kingdom, and Protection of Thai Nationals Abroad made a Notification stating that the following ‘low risk’ 46 countries and territories are permitted to enter Thailand without any 14-day quarantine.

Notification of the Operation Centre for Measures on the Entry into and Departure from the Kingdom, and Protection of Thai Nationals Abroad
Re: List of countries and territories permitted to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for Individuals under category (13)
Pursuant to the Order of the Centre for the Administration of the Situation due to the Outbreak of the Communicable Disease Coronavirus (COVID-19) No. 17/2563 on Guidelines under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005) dated 21 October B.E. 2664 (2021) appointing the Operation Centre for Measures on the Entry into and Departure from the Kingdom, and Protection of Thai Nationals Abroad to approve the list of countries and territories permitted to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for individuals under category (13) “Individuals who have been granted permission to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the benefit of the economy in conjunction with public health security measures and the Government’s plan to reopen the country” according to the guidelines established by the Ministry of Public Health and proposal of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as the Head of the Centre, as the Head of the Centre, hereby issue the that individuals under category 13 from the list of countries and territories as attached are permitted to enter the Kingdom of Thailand.
